planning and building permits
Despite the increasing size, complexity and cost of our many regulatory review processes, pla | Phillip Lehn Architect has worked with local, state and federal regulatory authorities of different jurisdictions on both the East and West coasts to win numerous planning and building permits for more than 40 years. It has been both his life's curse and blessing to be challenged to obtain permits for an unusually large number of complex, controversial, and innovative projects as well as for those that were simpler, smaller, and more predictable. In addition to several residential, commercial, and institutional building permits, he's obtained three zoning variances (two in contested public hearings), three Critical Area and Conditional Use Permits, and two normally unobtainable engineering variances to public street and storm water management standards. Whether it's a simple building permit for a small house or addition or a complex group of several, interdependent permits for a much larger and more complex project, pla | Phillip Lehn Architect has the knowledge, experience, and temperament needed to work effectively with regulators to achieve successful results.
